Treat yourself to a weekend of sunshine, warm water, great competition for all ages, fun social events, and if you can't win on the water, then try to win on the golf course against your Star friends and their families in the Zag Golf Tournament at the Biltmore. Larry and Mandy Whipple throw a great event. If you are lucky to be old enough to sail in the Zag Cup, don't miss it this year.

ONE OF THE MOST HISTORIC SAILING EVENTS

Started by the Bacardi family in Havana, Cuba in 1927 as warmup regatta for the Midwinters held in Havana, the Bacardi Cup was only interrupted 3 times, in 1934, during the Second War, and then for five years, due to the Cuban Revolution. The Bacardìs moved to Miami and continue to support the event until this day.

Ding Schoonmaker and Mark Reynolds are tied for 7 wins, and Magnus Liljedahl has claimed 6 victories.
